Distance, travel time and fare estimates generated through our online calculator are based on typical standard highway routing. Actual billable distance is tracked by the vehicle's calibrated digital odometer starting and terminating at the designated booking points.
Unless specified as an all-inclusive package, toll plaza fees, airport/railway parking fees, and state border crossing entry permits are payable directly as incurred.
A standard night driving surcharge applies to bookings commencing or active between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Cancellations made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time incur zero cancellation charges. For cancellations made within 2 hours of departure, a nominal driver mobilization fee may apply.
